AI, MCP & agents

AI agents that work with your software under control

We build MCP servers, skills and integrations so AI agents can safely access existing systems, data and processes — with clear rules, permissions and human approvals.

Stance

Not AI instead of process. AI inside the process.

AI can accelerate a lot, but it doesn't replace a clean process architecture. We embed AI in transparent workflows: with clear triggers, roles, data access, logging and human-in-the-loop approvals for critical steps.

"Deterministic where it matters. With AI where it works."

What we build

Components for safe AI integration

01

MCP servers for existing systems

We create controlled interfaces through which AI agents can operate existing software.
02

Custom skills for AI agents

We build specific capabilities for recurring tasks, internal tools and operational processes.
03

Internal knowledge assistants

Assistants for documentation, policies, product knowledge, process knowledge and internal search.
04

Support agents

AI support for classification, response suggestions, data retrieval and process triggers in customer service.
05

Document classification

Automatic categorisation of forms, evidence, invoices, tickets or incoming mail.
06

Data extraction

Pull structured data from PDFs, emails or documents and hand it over to target systems.
07

Decision support

AI prepares decisions while rules, workflows and humans stay in control.

Safety principles

AI needs guardrails

  • Scoped permissions instead of unrestricted system access
  • Logging of actions and decisions
  • Human approvals for critical steps
  • Clear separation between suggestion and execution
  • Combination of rules, workflows and AI
  • Architecture that respects privacy and roles

Project experience

Use AI where planning is genuinely complex

One example from our project work is an AI-assisted travel planner for group trips. It supports quoting, coach route planning and respects driver hours and rest regulations. The goal was not AI for its own sake, but to take pressure off a complex planning process.
